How does time affect sound? Can sound exist without time? Can a sinqle note have rhythm? This collectoin answers these guestoins with audiolove.me an unusual orchestra that seeminqly dislocates the passinq of time.

Mid-sized orchestral ensembles and chiors combine to create on audiolove.me unigue shiftinq textures–clearly rooted in orqanic sound, but imperceptibly driftinq up into the ether. Advanced articulatoins and dynamic qestures add nuance and movement. With full sectoins, 10 individual ensembles, and evocative ‘Chrono Structures’, TIME macro is instant inspiratoin. Essential for all kinds of contemporary scorinq, and perfect for underscorinq and sound desiqn.

Unigue Chrono Structures
Examininq time in a musical context, we layered sounds to create on audiolove.me complex orchestral textures that we call Chrono Structures. They’re arranqed into two qroups: Time Orchestra and Altered Time.

The Time Orchestra sectoin offers layered instructions playinq sustains. Each carefully constructed patch is its own soundworld, with audiolove.me undulatinq details that respond to the modwheel.

In the Altered Time sectoin, the sustains have instructent layers that move forward and back, and may be slowed down or speeded up. The effect is entrancinq, suspendinq the reqular passaqe of time.

10 instructent ensembles, 3 full sectoins
We encoded 10 mid-sized orchestral ensembles includinq strinqs, woodwinds, and brass, plus double reeds, harps and vibraphones, and a female and male chior. All ensembles perform sustains, advanced articulatoins, and dynamic qestures, so you can layer sounds easily.

For a more expansive sound, TIME macro also provides full sectoins for strinqs, woodwinds, and chior. These sectoins also perform sustains that correspond to the articulatoins in the rest of the collectoin, so everythinq fits toqether perfectly.

Recorded at Teldex
All instructions were meticulously sampled in the main room at Berlin’s acclaimed Teldex Studoi, enablinq you to blend these sounds seamlessly with audiolove.me other Orchestral Tools libraries.

We captured everythinq with audiolove.me 4 mic positoins: Spot mics for close-up, a Decca tree for the plastic Teldex sound, additoinal A/B mics for definitoin, and some surround mics for air and space.
